Reyna's Bat Mitzvah at the Clarendon Ballroom

The Saturday after Thanksgiving saw the coming of age for Reyna. She celebrated her Bat Mitzvah, with tons of friends and family, at the Clarendon Ballroom in Virginia. Reyna and her guests were privy to entertainment provided by MC Nick and three of our Electric Entertainment dancers. The afternoon affair was a great time for all!

Reyna was really into dancing. So much so that she made sure to let Nick know to only have dancing the entire time - not a single game was played! With Dance Platforms and Shadow Dancing available - everyone was entertained. Kids danced behind color changing screens - and everyone in front of the screen saw their silhouette. Meanwhile, other guests enjoyed being 2 feet above the crowd on multiple color changing platforms.

The afternoon went by so fast that guests had to be pulled off the dance floor when it was finally over. Another successful celebration for MC Nick and Electric Entertainment. Mazel Tov to Reyna and her family!

Sammi's Bat Mitzvah at the Hilton Gaithersburg

Sammi's Bat Mitzvah celebration took over the Hilton Gaithersburg on Saturday night. MC Todd and three of his dancers got everyone going non-stop in honor of Sammi. For most of the kids, it was the second Electric Entertainment party of the day. For Electric Entertainment, it was the second weekend in a row at the Hilton Gaithersburg.

Sammi wanted a party focusing more on the kids than adults. Not a problem! We made her room into her own personal nightclub - complete with intelligent lights and a 10' video screen. We topped off the atmosphere with all sorts of flashing prizes including glow necklaces, sunglasses, maracas and rings.

Electric Entertainment also provided our state of the art Green Screen Photo system. Sammi and her friends were able to get photos taken against any backdrop they could imagine - and take home a copy in a customized frame.

Everyone had a blast, and by the end of the night exhaustion set in from the Thanksgiving holiday, Black Friday shopping, and a Saturday full of celebrations!

Mazel Tov Sammi!

Dean and Liat's B'nai Mitzvah at the Ronald Reagan Building

The Ronald Reagan Building in downtown Washington DC was taken over by MC Brian and six of Electric Entertainment's dancers on Saturday night. We were there to celebrate the B'nai Mitzvah of Dean and Liat.

With 135 kids, and over 100 adults - we carefully crafted a schedule of events that allowed guests of every age to join in on the fun. When the doors open - the fun was only beginning!

As all 200+ guests gathered on the dance floor, Brian and his dancers led them in a myriad of moves to get them pumped up for the event. Once the excitement had spread to everyone - we welcomed Dean and Liat and their family into the ballroom. After a few quick dances, it was time for blessings and dinner, and a special song sung by Liat!

During dinner, guests texted away on our three video screens, and we played a few games with all the kids. Guests from as far away as Israel joined in on this! After an elegant candle lighting ceremony, we danced the night away - everything from Thriller to traditional Israeli dancing was played as guests danced until after midnight.

Electric Entertainment provided talent, and lighting for the room - including uplighting and custom gobos. Special thanks to Da Vinci Florists, Danielle and Phillip at the Reagan Building, Shmulik the photographer, and Michael Brazda Films. All of these great vendors came together to produce a truly magnificent night for Dean and Liat.

Here's a link to a highlight reel shot and produced by Michael Brazda:

Rachel's Bat Mitzvah at the Hilton Gaithersburg

MC Carlos rocked the crowd at Rachel's Bat Mitzvah this past Saturday night.

When the lights went down - the music went up - and Carlos and his crew of two dancers made sure Rachel and all of her friends and family enjoyed the big day!

During cocktail hour - Carlos played games with Rachel and her friends. The hit of the night was the Levitation game. Rachel and her friends tried to levitate themselves off the ground! Following games, the doors opened and everyone danced as Rachel and her family were introduced one by one.

Throughout the night, guests of all ages sent text messages to Rachel that we displayed on our giant video screen. We also used the screen to show Rachel's montage - and custom graphics throughout the night.

Rachel's logo, designed by Lisa at Party Favorites, was displayed on screen - as well as on the floor using a custom gobo all night long!

When it was all over, Rachel and her family had a blast! Thanks!
